天罚——其实这是工画堂KOGADO出品的一部游戏，以《天使小夜曲 Angelic Serenade(AS)》的人设作为基本模型，但是剧情却大有转变。主要讲述的是在《天使小夜曲》中几个主要人物通过不同的方式进行战斗，消灭地面上的不安因素，为饱经苦难的人们带去幸福与快乐。由于她们是从天界——类似于一个太空站的地方作为基地，所以，她们被称为——天使。
很久以前，地球遭到不明外星生物袭击，在悬殊的力量对比之下，人们几乎没有任何抵抗之力。过去了许多年之后，怪物的遗迹依然存在，人们仍然在恐惧的阴影之中，过着混乱而贫苦的生活。
在这唯一的一集中，主角Lasty先是显现了她迷迷糊糊的性格的一面，经过一点挫折之后作为最终天使认证考试而降落至地面，在碰到一个村庄里的人类之后发现当地人被一个由所谓“修女”组成的组织所控制，为他们“捐献”提供各种物品而以期获得一丝被“神”庇佑的安慰……所不幸的是Lasty因为所看起来的不一般而被当地人在修女的呵斥下排斥在外。之后Lasty为本片男主角Luka所救，在道出自己的理想之后，Lasty决定帮助他消灭恶魔。
在后山的废物中，Lasty发现了还能启动的怪物，由此展开了战斗……
