A Hong Kong detective teams up with his female Red Chinese counterpart to stop a Chinese drug czar.

甲A联赛决赛在既，东川队与宿敌远洋队决心放手一搏，东川的铁杆球迷餐馆老板刘家成（李嘉存 饰）放出话来，只要大伙声援东川，酒水免费。东川替补队员欧力（陆毅 饰）、邵奇（乔振宇 饰）和康元一方面盼自己的球队能赢，另一方面为自己不能首发惋惜。比赛开始后，东川队竟以2比6的悬殊比分惨败给远洋队，俱乐部老板苏东川（达式常 饰）当场昏倒在看台上，经抢救命虽保住，但后半生只能以轮椅为伍了。他把球队交给了留洋归来的女儿苏兰（张庭 饰）。苏兰接手后任人为贤，她请远洋队的教头罗毅指掌球队，这下队内老队员立刻炸了锅，好多队员纷纷转会，这给了长期座替补的二线队员欧力等人提供了机会......

正在休假的警察Darren（郭富城）与好友兼搭档Alex（王力宏）一起出席后者女友的时装发布会时，目睹一桩谋杀案，两人立刻停止休假投入到了破案中。调查时，两人发现案件异常复杂，牵涉到大陆南方某城的一个庞大的犯罪组织，赶赴到该城后，两人结识为调查一宗涉及国际犯罪组织的案件而深入虎穴当卧底的国际刑警Norika（藤原纪香）。
为引出大鱼，Norika铤而走险假扮模特儿走秀，Darren与Alex则在暗中观察，当等来目标人物与之发生枪战时，Alex不幸中弹身亡。伤心至极的Darren发誓要将黑帮铲除，他和Norika也渐渐生出感情。

Keong comes from Hong Kong to visit New York for his uncle's wedding. His uncle runs a market in the Bronx and Keong offers to help out while Uncle is on his honeymoon. During his stay in the Bronx, Keong befriends a neighbor kid and beats up some neighborhood thugs who cause problems at the market. One of those petty thugs in the local gang stumbles into a criminal situation way over his head.
