When the star of her new commercial chooses not to continue filming due to pressing circumstances, a young producer suffers a severe blow to her career. She has to choose between her human side and the responsibilities of her profession, and she attempts to save the filming of the commercial before it collapses.

Zein, a young man in his mid 20s, seems content with his job as a customer service representative for an internet service provider. During one of his shifts, way past midnight, he receives a call from a customer, Akram. Complaining about a malfunction, Akram’s frustration starts growing. His dissatisfaction with the process gradually becomes an abusive rant, during which he lashes out at Zein, exposing to him the drudgery of his work, his powerlessness, and the ugliness of his life.

Youssef and Alia, who were separated in their teenage years as a result of oppressive circumstances, before fate brought them together again after years of separation, and each of them took a different path in their lives.
