When she is pregnant out of marriage, she will have to give her son to his older brother during birth. In the meantime, Meryem, the wife of Kudret, also gives birth. Kudret puts Ulfet's son next to his own child and says that the children are born twins. Years pass. These children are Sahin and Yusuf. Neither Neither nor Mary is aware of the facts, but Kudret does not know which is his son. Fikret Ana, who knows the living with all the facts, will be able to keep the secret that he has kept for years until when?

In those days Cemal's father and uncle, member of rival political parties, are in a continious struggle with each other. The film depicts this absurd struggle and the strange stories of people in Harbiye together with the lyric story of the famous waterfall of the town.
