A ganguro girl named Eri travels to NYC to visit her lover.

When a Hong Kong teenager from a poor family wins a trip to Japan, he unleashes a chain of events that will soon bring him from his secluded fishing village to Tokyo. On the way, he connects with a barely competent tour guide and a gender-fluid pickpocket. Upon returning home with this merry band of schemers, he and his family of counterfeiters discover that a multinational conglomerate led by a ruthless Japanese developer has found the village, and is determined to raze it to build the new center of world trade.

"Atlanta Boogie" centers around a mock track meet between the "normal" and "good" citizens of Yokohama and those they want to expel from the neighborhood: the illegal foreign workers, the deadbeats, the juvenile delinquents, and elderly.

The title do refer to one scene that is stated as “never been done before” were one girl wants to get fucked with tampons added into her vagina forcibly. Once that happens you see one guy playing guitar with his cock, some other one breaking a stone with it. Between that there are intercauses and some weird ending. Strange film indeed.

山本政志导演的这部新电影被分为了三个部分，分别为东京篇、京都篇和冲绳篇。东京篇讲述了苍井空和老牌影星村上淳之间发生的一段不同寻常的爱情故事。京都篇描述了一些当地的说唱乐手，冲绳篇则记录了当地一系列各式各样有趣的人。
目前所知的仅有东京篇的大致剧情。这个由苍井空主演的爱情故事，讲述了一名叫做沙纪（苍井空 饰）的女孩被一名叫做在井贺（村上淳 饰）的东京流浪者英雄救美，为此而负伤的井贺却拒绝去医院，在休息一晚后就消失不见。然而有一天当沙纪回家后，她却发现井贺同样出现在自己家中。对于因为事故而失去妻女的井贺，沙纪开始扮演起了妻子的角色……

動物園の飼育係、天体望遠鏡が趣味の管理人、住人を殺し居座る少女、その殺されて屋上の貯水タンクに浮かぶ独り言の多い死体、出前白黒ショーのカップル、有名になりたい殺人鬼。あるマンションの住人たちを同時進行で描いた本作で注目を浴びた山本政志は、続く『闇のカーニバル』でその名を世間に轟かせた。（8ミリ）

物語は大豪邸に住んでいた父と兄妹が、父の破産をきっかけに引っ越すところから始まる。母はすでに恋人を作って家を出ており、暗い気持ちで引っ越しの準備をする3人。しかし、ふがいない父にイラつきながら妹がSNSに投稿した写真とメッセージが、一家を思いもよらぬ運命へと導いていく。

The story begins when Kumi discovers mysterious ruins on the outskirts of the city. Now overgrown, the haunting atmosphere of "the garden" draws her in, consuming her with its beauty, color, and fantasy. Just like Crusoe on his deserted island, Kumi is lost and isolated in Robinson's Garden.
