Nostalgia - Review

The older I get, the harder it becomes for me to digest these realistic sob stories with no fantastical metaphors or symbolism. Or maybe it's just how inorganic the character behavior is. I've not met insurance agents, but I'm pretty sure people tend to be more reserved than to start venting about deeply personal topics to complete strangers completely unprovoked. I replayed the original MGS recently, and it was the exact same problem. It's a cold world out there. There's no place for unsolicited feelings. Your insurance agent is not your therapist. He'll probably let you know as much. Hell, these days I've even seen women complain about their boyfriends being too emotionally open with them. Yeah, I know, listening to someone's troubles can be hard, but if anyone should do it, it's your loved ones. I'll never tell a person to see a therapist when they're opening up to me, but the point of this rant is that there are few people like me out there. So I'm sick of these movies pretending like the opposite is true.
