The berries come in different colors and sizes, some a big, ripe and blue, and other are small and green. The overall feeling of the piece brings comfort, cottage aesthetic and combined with the elegant linework, it is a great botanical lovers art.

Inspired by maidenhair fern leaves. Did you know that ferns are some of the oldest types of plants on Earth? Their reproduction predates flowering plants, and they actually reproduce with spores. Fascinating!!!

A watercolor painting of leaves on a branch. They are scalloped and veined like maidenhair fern leaves, in lavender and dusty mauve, on a dark burgundy branch, over a dull aqua background.
