This was in May, it's August now: Where tf is Davey Parker? And why hasn't he been arrested yet for the theft of personal information from 3 million Albertans?
If he's still cringing and cowering in the hughess lets get on the extradition proceedings, and right smartly.

Re: Online Harms Bill
If you're Canadian and in your twenties, please send
The Honourable
Mark Carney, Prime Minister of Canada
(if you open with that you might get thru even)
and any Liberals you kno a note telling them that despite being online since birth
you're ~OK that way,
and so we all don't need to submit to a retinal scan to check the weather forecast online.
Bring up 'parental rights' (should be 'responsibilities') if need be, con-types respond to that noise.

In 1964, Buster Keaton came to Canada to make his final silent film. It was The Railrodder, a 25 min comedic travelogue produced by the National Film Board.
NFB filmmaker Gerald Potterton had the idea of making a film about a man going across Canada in a motorized rail cart.
Keaton agreed to be in the film because he loved trains and wanted to experience riding the rails in Canada.
Production began in the late-summer of 1964, and the movie was filmed in chronological order from east to west. Keaton turned 69 during filming and did all of his own stunts.
Various towns across the country held celebrations and screenings of Keaton's films, and he was treated to dinners nearly every single day.
The film was released in October 1965. Audiences loved the film, which became a beloved classic. The NFB sold the TV and film rights to 43 international markets.
Keaton died on Feb. 1, 1966.

From when I visited this place regularly decades ago as a student, I recall zero 3-4 day stretches of such weather.
Meanwhile, our PM coddles an-oil-industry-intoxicated Alberta toward adding a million barrels a day to our contribution.
To an atmosphere so thin, it looks like a lightly drawn pencil-line from space -- our last shield against death by radiation.

“Here’s what 76 percent means… It means the Canadian government has permission from the Canadian people to hurt you, and to keep hurting you past the point where reasonable people ask if we should stop. It means Carney can turn off the taps, add export levies to energy and potash and uranium,…and cancel every American contract in the country… It also means we won’t stop when you ask. We stop when the job is finished.”

Something I didn’t know about Canada: only 1/4 of Canadians get their mail delivered directly to their door.
So if you live in a house and have your mail delivered to a mailbox next to your front entrance you are in the minority.
In the next 5 years 4 million addresses will switch to shared mailboxes (like we apartment building residents have in the entrance lobby or like in rural areas where there’s a cluster of mailboxes when you enter town).
