A close-up portrait shows a brown-and-black mackerel tabby cat looking slightly off to the right with a relaxed, alert expression.

The cat’s face features classic dark tabby striping across the forehead and cheeks, transitioning into lighter cream fur around the muzzle, chin, and lower jaw. Its nose leather is a muted terracotta pink, framed by long, white whiskers that sweep downward. Both ears are upright and pointed forward, with pale inner tufts. The cat’s eyes are almond-shaped with olive-green irises, dark pupils, and thin black rims.

The shot is taken from a slightly high angle with a shallow depth of field, keeping the cat's face and fur textures in sharp focus while softly blurring the indoor background—revealing glimpses of a person's legs, furniture, and the cool glow of a television screen.

The cat has yellow-green eyes, a white patch on its chest, and a tiny white spot on its nose. It's resting calmly with its tail curled around its hind legs. Behind the cat is a grey blanket with white stars.

Two cats lounging on a grey couch. On the left, a torbie cat with brown tabby stripes and orange patches lies stretched out on white mail envelopes, one paw resting near a computer mouse, looking alertly at the camera with green eyes. On the right, a black and orange tortoiseshell cat with a white paw rests peacefully on a grey star-patterned blanket, eyes half-closed in relaxation. An electronic drum kit is visible in the background.
