The science library of the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM) is located inside one of the former workshops of the École Technique de Montréal.
They were likely built together with the main building on Sherbrooke Street in 1909-1911 whose design is by John Smith Archibald with Maurice Perrault and Louis-Alphonse Venne.
