WHY ARE WE BLOCKADING
THE LOUVRE MUSEUM?

For the attention of visitors,

French students and workers are currently fighting their government and it's anti-public-services politics (job loss, budget cuts, highly damaged buildings).
This is an attempt to achieve our aim since our government has no reaction to youth protests other than a violent police repression.
Limiting the economy and public services is students fighting for weeks
last hope. That's why we are proud to announce we are blocking the biggest museum in the world. By your presence, you witness this political action organised by students, following the massive historical movement started by students in the overseas territories through the capital.

We thank you for your interest in French culture, and for standing with our fight to study, to work, and to live freely in good conditions, As a compensation, you can scan the following QR code in order to receive pieces of information on the Louvre museum website about your ticket.
