This is remarkable!!作为《欧卡》玩家，大幅的路边风景正对胃口。白天在路上，晚上篝火谈话，美国农民、小镇，嬉皮公社，George的一番“自由”言论（觉着部分暗指communism，整体点题），黑人爵士，到最后的保守派，美国各阶层的风情画。某种“离散化”的溶解剪辑转场手法，似乎是加强了两场之间的联系。the delusional pictures and sound at the cemetary，联想到了伯格曼所谓电影诗hh，最后直面太阳，推向远方。结尾出乎意料.. 想着墓地一场戏之后还怎么拍。霍珀这一部电影足矣。《最后一部电影》和本片的互文也很值得讨论。和阿特尔曼同时代的激进分子！
