专辑名的英译“Life is a Moracle”，源自库斯图里卡电影《生命是个奇迹》，把Miracle换成了Moracle，将Moral寓意和卜辞Oracle嫁接。 BY张晓舟

On his fifth solo album The Strokes' guitarist contrast his previous work with 19 honest and inventive tracks

Out of print in the U.S.! The Cure's UK debut album, Three Imaginary Boys, was repackaged for other countries by removing album tracks and replacing them with non-album A-sides, resequencing the track order, adding new artwork and renaming the album Boys Don't Cry. For all intents and purposes, this was a much stronger album than the original UK release and continues to be a favorite amongst fans. 12 tracks including 'Jumping Someone Else's Train', 'Killing An Arab', 'Fire In Cairo', 'Plastic Passion' and the title track. They've never sounded as excited since!

The Beatles released their first single, “Love Me Do,” in October 1962. They’ll release their final one, “Now and Then,” which John Lennon wrote more than 40 years ago, on November 2.

This is Explosion In The Sky's 2nd album, and one of the most critically acclaimed records of 2004 and a massive word-of-mouth success story, going on to sell 20,000 copies in the UK alone. Features 5 tracks. Bella Union. 2005.

The long waited fourth studio album from the moody and intense Texas instrumental band Explosions In The Sky. Known for bringing an emotional heft and sense of hope to a usually placid genre, Explosions In The Sky have experienced the kind of meteoric rise in popularity that flies in the face of music industry convention. Their songs run well past a length suitable for radio play or commercial music videos; they avoid performing in LiveNation/Clear Channel venues; they didn't jump to a major label; and they don't sing. They're also the very rare band that fans of Sigur Ros, Sufjan Stevens and My Chemical Romance can all agree on. EITS are not just an anomaly, they're a gateway. Recorded by John Congleton (The Roots, The Mountain Goats) at Pachyderm Studios in rural Minnesota, the album is a massive leap forward, showcasing a broader instrumental range and their most focused, efficient songwriting. Bella Union. 2007.

The album is named for both the Erich Maria Remarque novel and the Albion Rooms’ street address. ‘All Quiet On The Eastern Esplanade’ began it’s formation in September 2022 when Pete & Carl travelled to Port Antonio, Jamaica – away from any distraction, the chemistry between the infamous song writing duo began to bubble in earnest. The Album was produced by Grammy-nominated producer Dimitri Tikovoï (The Horrors/Charlie XCX/Becky Hill) and recorded at The Albion Rooms, Margate, over 4 weeks during February and March 2023. Mastered by industry legend Dan Grech (Lana Del Rey/Liam Gallagher/Paul McCartney).

There is something so historic about the earliest recordings of Neil Young with Crazy Horse that even the most devoted fans of Young and that pivotal band cannot contain their excitement when new releases are scheduled – continuing with the release of ‘EARLY DAZE’ on June 28th. Representing the first time that the music the band performs has been collected on one album like this set, ‘EARLY DAZE’ includes some of the most iconic originals by Neil Young, and several with contributions by band guitarist Danny Whitten. It is Young’s first band after the breakup of Buffalo Springfield, and set one of the high marks of rock ‘n’ roll at the end of the 1960s when all these songs were written. This new collection of Neil Young with Crazy Horses’ earliest recordings includes several original versions that have not been released before, along with the 7-inch mono mix of ‘Cinnamon Girl’ that was released in 1970 that includes a guitar outro not on the original LP version.
