Bei den Upfronts 2009 gab der strauchelnder US-Sender NBC bekannt, dass er die Sitcom, die ursprünglich "100 Questions for Charlotte Payne" heißen sollte und vom Schauspieler Chris Moynihan erfunden wurde, auf die Midseason 2010 legen wollte. Das sprach zwar nicht für das große Vertrauen in die Serie, ist jedoch auch nicht das allerschlechteste Zeichen. Danach wurden jedoch die bestellten 13 Episoden auf sechs heruntergekürzt und der Staffelbeginn auf Ende Mai, den 25.05., gelegt - gerade noch so in der Season 2009/2010. Die Quoten bestätigten die fehlende Unterstützung von Seiten des Senders und mit etwa 2,5 Mio. Zuschauern und weniger wird die erste vermutlich auch die letzte Staffel für die Comedyserie sein.
