不同的血型对人的影响也多大，血型和婚姻间又有什么关联，不同血型的人应该如何步入婚姻的殿堂。这部剧就是探讨这个问题，女主角都叫做春川幸惠，却有着不同的性格和职业，对待婚姻的态度也都完全不同，该片以四集的篇幅讲述了A、B、O、AB四种血型女性的故事。
A型血的幸惠（加藤罗莎 饰）是个居家型的姑娘，善良的她却对恋爱很晚熟，眼看自己喜欢的前辈就要被调走，幸惠不知该如何引起他的注意；B型的幸惠（释由美子 饰）是知名编剧，对自己极有自信且固执的幸惠却因为新剧受挫，在感情上也遭到前所未有的挫折；O型的幸惠（香椎由宇 饰）是个乐天派，在文具店工作的她偶遇了来自台湾的张爱迪（陈柏霖 饰），随着二人互动的加深，感情也在逐渐升温；AB型的幸惠（水川麻美 饰）是个研究生也是位冷美人，我行我素的她得到了教授的注目……

Though they are both constantly busy with work and do not see each other often, Yukari believes that they will always be together. Just before Christmas, the couple finally has a chance to meet up, but Hiroaki tells her that he has found someone else and breaks up with her. The next day, a heartbroken Yukari cuts short her hair. When she sees Hiroaki's spare key, all the past memories come rushing back. Yukari decides to give him one last present.

Three poetic tales of seeking the true identity. In the first story, Jing, a blind singer, falls in love with her band's tomboy accordionist Diego. In another time and place, Lily, an elderly lesbian and Yen, her gay friend, create an unexpected bond and support each other in a time of crisis. Finally, we see Diego before she joined the band, when as a teenager she came to grips with her gender identity.
