Presented as an audacious, multi-media theatrical performance entitled Before The Dawn, the month-long, sold-out, 22-date residency at London's Hammersmith Apollo was an unqualified triumph. Now, to the delight of Kate Bush fans around the world, comes the audio document of those mesmerizing, historic shows. Before The Dawn will be available as a 3-CD set, a 4-disc vinyl box set or a 29 track digital album. The sound quality is almost unparalleled; nothing has been re-recorded or overdubbed. The three act show, containing many well known Kate Bush songs, also included two song suites: 'The Ninth Wave' from Hounds of Love and 'A Sky of Honey,' from Aerial. Included in the show are an abundance of well loved songs from her extraordinary career including 'Running Up That Hill,' 'Hounds of Love,' 'And Dream of Sheep,' 'Waking The Witch' and 'Cloudbusting.' Despite the enormous anticipation and expectations, Before The Dawn drew resounding praise from fans and critics all over the world. The New York Times called the performance 'Dense, cathartic and physical.' NME concluded: 'It is no ordinary artist that can tackle life, death, synchronicity, identity, spiritual transformation, empathy and the chaos of relationships with idiosyncratic ease in the space of a few hours,' and the U.K.'s Independent gushed, 'Undoubtedly the most ambitious, and genuinely moving piece of theatrical pop ever seen on a British stage.'

IV is the fourth studio album from Canadian jazz instrumental hip hop band BadBadNotGood. It was released on July 8, 2016. It features collaborations with Future Islands frontman Sam Herring, saxophonist Colin Stetson, Haitian-Canadian musician Kaytranada, American hip hop artist Mick Jenkins, and Canadian singer-songwriter Charlotte Day Wilson. It is also the band's first album to feature longtime touring partner and collaborator Leland Whitty as a formal member of the band.

Freetown Sound is the third album from Devonté Hynes aka Blood Orange. Written and produced by Hynes, Freetown Sound is a tour de force, a pastiche of Hynes’ past, present, and future that melds his influences with his own established musical voice. For well over a decade, Devonté Hynes has proven himself a virtuoso of versatility, experimenting with almost every conceivable musical genre under a variety of monikers. After moving to New York City in the mid-2000s, Hynes became Blood Orange, plumming the oeuvres of the city’s musical legends to create a singular style of urgent, delicate pop music. Freetown Sound, which follows 2011’s Coastal Grooves and 2013’s breakthrough Cupid Deluxe, builds upon everything Hynes has done as an artist, resulting in the most expansive artistic statement of his career. Drawing from a deep well of techniques and references, the album unspools like a piece of theater, evoking unexpected communions of moods, voices, and eras. Freetown Sound derives its name from the birthplace of Hynes’ father, the capital of Sierra Leone. Thematically, it is profoundly personal and unapologetically political, touching on issues of race, religion, sex, and sexism over 17 shimmering songs.

Leonard Cohen, the acclaimed composer of "Hallelujah", continues to astonish his audience. At age 82, he presents his uncompromising and urgent new album, You Want It Darker. Described by early listeners as a "masterpiece" and "classic Cohen," You Want It Darker, is the latest chapter in Leonard's significant contribution to contemporary music and thought. These startling songs have been beautifully realized in this his 14th studio album featuring 9 new tracks including the title track, all produced by his son, Adam Cohen.

Peace Trail features all new songs that Young wrote since the release of his album EARTH, this past June. This new album is primarily acoustic and reflects an intimate, sparse approach to each of the ten songs within: “Neil Young matches the fire in his belly to the poetry from his pen for one of the most gripping outings of his long career. This riveting collection, a spare acoustic-electric hybrid, seethes with righteous indignation over a plethora of social and political injustices, but also soothes with deeply felt empathy for those on the receiving end of iniquity." -- Los Angeles Times / Randy Lewis Peace Trail was recorded at Rick Rubin’s Shangri-la Studios and features Young on vocals and guitar, Jim Keltner on drums, and Paul Bushnell on bass. It was produced by Young and John Hanlon, mixed by John Hanlon. Most recently Young previewed five songs from the album during his performances during the Desert Trip Festival, in Indio, CA. last week which both Rolling Stone and Entertainment Weekly summed up as simply “explosive.” “Neil slashed and bashed at his guitar, the sound intense and nearly out of control.” – Rolling Stone The Los Angeles Times called Young’s performance “intensely powerful,” “furious” and concluded, “combining passion, energy and stinging content, Young served up a deeply rewarding performance.”

Suzanne Vega untitled album based on Carson McCullers. Carson McCullers was an American novelist, short story writer, playwright, essayist, and poet. Her first novel, The Heart Is a Lonely Hunter, explores the spiritual isolation of misfits and outcasts in a small town of the U.S. The album features 10 songs from her upcoming play about the iconic American author Carson McCullers. The play is a one woman show written and staring Suzanne Vega, with songs written by Suzanne Vega and Tony Winner Duncan Sheik.

Neil Young will release a new album, entitled EARTH, on June 17th via Reprise Records. The album features performances of songs from a range of Young's albums, including last year's The Monsanto Years, 1990's Ragged Glory, and 1970's After the Gold Rush. The audio was captured during Young's 2015 tour with The Promise of the Real, fronted by Lukas Nelson (vocals/guitar) and Micah Nelson (guitar, vocals) - Willie Nelson's sons. The tour included Young performing solo and with the band for a full electric show. A new take on some of Young's most beloved songs, EARTH features the live recordings, along with added musical overdubs, as well as sounds of the earth, such as city sounds like car horns, sounds of insects, and animal sounds from bears, birds, crickets, bees, horses, cows - creating a very strange, yet beautiful atmosphere. "Ninety-eight uninterrupted minutes long, EARTH flows as a collection of 13 songs from throughout my life, songs I have written about living here on our planet together," says Young. "Our animal kingdom is well represented in the audience as well, and the animals, insects, birds, and mammals actually take over the performances of the songs at times."

Verve fans, rejoice. Your leader has recaptured his ear for thrilling, angry epics. Five years on from his provocative RPA & The United Nations of Sound project, here Richard Ashcroft fuses his god-given propensity for affecting melodies with some rock testiness. “Hold On”, for example, bounds by on a pulsating synth-rock wave with lyrics about the Arab Spring and tear gas. Then there are the lush, orchestral moments that feel like gifts to longstanding fans. Chief among them, “This Is How It Feels”—a song as haltingly beautiful as anything in Ashcroft’s hallowed songbook.

The Hope Six Demolition Project】。 Flood(New Order、U2、The Killers)，以及英國當代大師級，身兼音樂人、製作人、作曲家的John Parish(Eels、Tracy Chapman)兩人聯手操刀專輯製作；開場的"The Community of Hope"一釋出便造成華府地區的轟動，其中蘊含批判的歌詞，讓許多國會議員臉上無光；在擁有些許實驗搖滾聲響中的"Chain of Keys"，是專輯中極具耐聽性的歌曲；首波注打歌曲"The Wheel"播出後，立刻形成了廣大的迴響，也成為了音樂生涯的另一里程碑；隱隱約約控訴著資本主義窠臼的"Dollar, Dollar"，作為一個反叛搖滾份子的最佳寫照，歌曲內涵的情感和憤怒，更是她歷年搖滾的集大成之作。
