The Wedding Frame (2004)Probably the only kids' show that holds up really well into adulthood without any compromises. Really mature and wise, it gradually introduces themes of growing up and facing the problems of adulthood as the characters themselves grow up and change. It doesn't resort to cartoony binary morality or easy solutions and often teaches about acceptance and trying to find happiness despite all the difficulties. It perfectly captures the innocence of childhood and peels away its layers, which is a beautiful and tragic process. I only wish I paid more attention to it as a child and tried to model my life in accordance to it.
