A lith print made from a panoramic photograph taken with a Lomography Sprocket Rocket. Fishing nets hang from wooden posts along the shore of a lake, stretching into the distance beside a narrow dirt path. The rough texture of the nets, tall grass, and dark silhouettes of the surrounding vegetation give the scene a weathered, timeless atmosphere. The sprocket holes and film markings remain visible along the edges, adding to the raw, tactile character of the print.

Gnome hats

Against a clear blue sky, three agapanthus heads rise from the bottom left to the opposite corner. There are about to bloom and some little flowers already come out from under a funny looking conical cap. It make them look like gnomes with their hats on.

The rectangular photograph is in portrait orientation and in black and white. In the foreground, a cobbled street lies bathed in sunlight. To the left of this is the light-coloured façade of a house with a door and a window. In front of the window, on a narrow pavement with a kerb that slopes very gently down towards the street, stands a small metal table with a rectangular top, positioned close to the wall of the house. To the left and right of this table stands a metal chair, with the seat facing the street. To the left of this scene is a parking sign bearing a large ‘P’ and the words ‘Residents with parking permits’. In the background on the right, another small brick house with two windows can be seen.

On the last morning of a multi-day hike, I thought about shooting sunrise but opted not to.

While packing, I had my back turned as crazy light was building - as soon I noticed, I dropped everything & a bunch of expletives later was running around trying to find an image

If you want to see the full trip, the whole thing is over on my YouTube Channel (link on profile)

A dramatic sunrise landscape shot from ground level, with tangled weathered tree roots and dead branches filling the foreground. Beyond them, a rocky, moss-covered plateau leads to two rounded mountain peaks silhouetted against a fiery orange and pink sky, heavy with dramatic clouds. The sun sits low on the horizon between the peaks, its glow reflecting faintly on the rocky terrain.

Estany de Banyoles
Lake of Banyoles

The square photograph shows a partial view of "Estany de Banyoles" ( Lake of Banyoles ) in Girona, Catalonia, taken in late autumn. In the foreground are reeds beside shallow water that reveals the bottom. Next, a row of three ducks swims, and the opposite shore is covered with trees. Beyond that are wooded mountains. And far in the distance, the snow-capped "Canigou" mountain.
