Cyanocitta stelleri like to cut off bunches of Sambucus racemosa to eat the berries in private. Not all of them are great at picking ripe bunches 😅

Short Walks. Lower Silvermine Wetlands, Cape Town. Considering that the biodiversity in the Fynbos here is greater than the Amazon Jungle, one finds LOTS of things to photograph. These berries look good but THINK they may be an invader species?
