Mutual Aid request: $140 for my partner's food
I have 6 days before she comes home, to get her safe food and drinks for the next 14 days afterwards. She struggles with hydration, and it's the easiest for her and her disabilities to make frozen items while I'm gone. (I am currently staying in my car while I work away from home)

about us: @DionTheBlackDragon and me are two trans, disabled, neurodivergent abuse survivors who fled terf island (UK) and germany respectively to Finland. He's an artist and musician, writer and coder, I'm an abuse/trauma survivor activist, climate justice activist and life coach.
Due to our mental and physical health struggles, we've not been able to make money lately, but because of our precarious legal status, we can't access any benefits or social services.

I was injured during the war in Gaza and underwent several surgeries to save my leg. Three months ago, one of the fixation screws inside the metal plate broke. The doctors told me it needed to be replaced, but I refused because I am the sole provider for my family of 9, and my wife is two months pregnant. ๐ข
I woke up one morning to fetch water for my family, and while carrying it, disaster struck... ๐
My left femur fractured, making my condition even more complicated. ๐จ
I was taken to the hospital, and the doctors told me I urgently need surgery and a new internal metal plate. But I had to return to my tent because I have no money for treatment. ๐ญ

I've just had the horrible realisation that my bank is overdrawn because they didn't take money for bills out until later than normal๐ขAs a disabled person under the poverty line, this not only now leaves me stuck to pay my utility bill, but also means the bank will charge me a fee for being overdrawn. As you can imagine, this is an extremely precarious and stressful position for me. Hey there, it's Bhahari. Some might know me as Tanatswa, your fave chaotic Zimbabwean transmasc pan. I'm currently housing insecure and need to find a place to stay like yesterday. Before it was made clear that I should have moved out long ago, but now amenities like Wi-Fi are being cut off. I'm not proud to say that I'm probably considered a bum by most, but I've been having a Rollercoaster of a year trying to find employment and stabilize my mental health.
