Klein Koolwitje

#InsektenSamstag #Butterfly #Schmetterling #Photography

A white butterfly resting on a vibrant purple lavender stalk. It has small dark spots on its upper wing, and its fuzzy body and antennae are finely detailed as it clings to the flower stem.

The entire scene is set against a lush, soft-focused green foliage. The blurred, vertical blades of grass or leaves create a beautiful bokeh effect that makes the main subjects pop.

'Nicht mehr oder noch nicht' #FotoVorschlag 'No longer or not yet'

The verbena is no longer in full bloom but not yet completely faded, so the butterflies still are still feeding.

Guten Morgen, einen relaxten Samstag! 😀 👋

Verbena bonariensis

#InsektenSamstag #Butterfly #Schmetterling #Photography

A white butterfly with delicate greyish or dark markings along the outer edges of its wings, resting flatly with its wings open. The butterfly is perched upon a cluster of small, vibrant purple flowers, which are arranged in dense heads.

The background is softly blurred with a mix of green foliage and warm, dappled lighting, creating a shallow depth of field that makes the butterfly and flowers stand out prominently.
