A wide stone pier stretches into the North Sea, offering a peaceful #SeasideWalk with stunning #CoastalScenery. Located in Whitby Harbour, a popular seaside town in North Yorkshire, it provides a classic #HarbourView of the historic port and the rugged shoreline. Visitors often stroll along the weathered stones, enjoying the salty breeze and the sight of fishing boats and lighthouses. The combination of tidal rock flats, expansive skies, and the enduring #StonePier makes this a favourite spot for both tourists and locals alike.

A stone pier extends into the sea under a partly cloudy sky with patches of blue. The wide, weathered surface of the pier is scattered with puddles and faint markings, and a few people walk leisurely along its length towards small lighthouses at the far end. To the right, the tide is low, exposing dark, flat rock formations with shallow pools leading out to the calm water. The horizon meets the sea in the distance, with a muted line of hills faintly visible to the left. The atmosphere feels open and quiet, with soft lighting from the diffused sunlight breaking through the clouds.

First one has AI magic (from Lightroom) removing the pipes & a preset added. Second one more basic edits and no AI removal.

Here we are in the middle of Leeds at 10.39am on a Saturday.

For all of three seconds, this entire scene was completely empty. 28 Days Later vibes 🧟‍♂️

Overlooking the sweeping sands of the Yorkshire Coast, Scarborough Castle stands proudly atop its dramatic headland, offering a striking view of the sea and surrounding countryside. The historic landmark, with its centuries-old ruins, provides a glimpse into the region’s turbulent past and is a highlight for those exploring #ScarboroughCastle and other #HistoricLandmarks in the area. Visitors can enjoy leisurely #CoastalWalks along the promenade, with the bustling beach and calm waters creating classic #SeasideViews. A favourite destination for history enthusiasts and holidaymakers alike, this part of the #YorkshireCoast blends natural beauty with rich heritage.

A sandy beach stretches along the shoreline, bordered by a railing and stone walkway in the foreground where a few people stroll. The tide is low, leaving wet sand and shallow water reflecting the sky, with a small number of visitors walking or playing near the water’s edge. Beyond the beach, a stone sea wall separates the sand from a line of parked cars and a narrow road. Green hills rise steeply in the background, covered in grass and clusters of trees, leading up to the ruins of an old stone castle tower and surrounding walls on the ridge. A few scattered buildings are visible on the hilltop near the ruins, contrasting against the natural landscape. Above, the sky is partly cloudy, with large patches of blue breaking through the white and grey clouds, casting soft light over the coastline.

The #CleanUp of the #Photos #App on the #iPhone gets better and better. Before #iOS 27, removing such shadows without interfering with the handrail and its shadow would have been close to impossible.
