I have to go to campus tomorrow on my ‘research day’ so I am rebelling by riding in a bit later than normal. Going to be wet so full mudguards and flaps.
I am actually doing some research at the moment and have nearly finished my bit of work on a manuscript for Psychology of Music. Might get an hour at my desk before the workshop I’ve been asked to attend. Of course I could travel by train and I’d have more time on it, but that would be far too simple. I don’t do simple. And that has kept me sane for nearly 30 years at this wild University.
My first ever little web app is live!
Trackmbta.app is a web app that can be "installed" on mobile devices. Like its name, it tracks MBTA trains so you can be smarter for your trips!
Features are:
- Live count down
- Live location of trains on the map (just in case you're curious where that damn train is that you're waiting forever...)
- Save your favorite stations locally for quick access
This web app cuts all the bullshit:
- No permission asked
- No data collected from you
