Evening commute 🚙💨

#sunset #dusk #evening #road #roadtrip #commute #september #fall #autumn #fields #trees #sky #clouds #Viborg #Denmark #dkpix

A scenic view of a road extending into the horizon under a blue sky filled with fluffy clouds. The vibrant colors of the sky suggest sunset, with lush greenery on the sides of the road. A car is visible driving along the road.

Black and white photograph of an asphalted road with a painted line in the middle and many cracks, with forest on both sides. The sun is filtering through the branches and their shadows can be seen on the road. A leaf has fallen on the road, in the lower part of the image.

Photograph of a dirt road, partially covered in fallen orange leaves, bordered on either side by tall birch trees with very white trunks, which contrast with the yellow foliage still at their tops and with the smaller green conifers behind them. A cloudy white sky is visible through their canopy. This soft colour combination is my favourite of autumn.

There is no fall quite so spectacular as New England fall (unless it's Canada, but since it's all parts of Canada that border New England I say that's cheating!). Captured by me one October on Maine's Mount Desert Island, a photograph I call "None Hallows' Day".

#photography #street #road #cars #headlights #night

Photo of a street at night, running in a wide curve across a small stream valley in the middle of the town. Two cars are approaching the viewer, casting patches of light on the asphalt. The glare of the nearest car’s headlights reflects off a lorry heading in the other direction. An advertising screen on a building in the background appears as a bright white rectangle near the centre of the scene.

Photograph of an asphalted country road, with a yellow line down the middle and some cracks, climbing a hill and turning left, bordered by trees on either side and power lines on the right, with sand in the left shoulder. The road is still damp from a recent shower and glistens slightly in the fading evening light.
