The Trees of November - blink and all the leaves are gone. A bit of intentional camera movement to point out the starkness of that evening sky

This painting is a detail from my acrylic painting Autumn Mood. The original painting was painted in portrait format and is also available in my shop. Here, a cut-out in square format was chosen.
Autumn Mood is an acrylic painting in portrait format painted by the artist Karen Kaspar. The abstract painting in warm autumn colours yellow, orange, red, brown and ochre shows outlines of leaves, the autumn leaves of oak, beech and maple combined with geometric shapes and lines. I invite you to take an autumn walk, hear the leaves rustle under your feet with every step, breathe deeply and enjoy the cool autumn air. Feel the sun's rays shining through the increasingly light treetops and watch the leaves slowly sail to the ground in the autumn wind.

I don't smoke and I don't drink coffee directly in the morning, but sometimes I really just want to sit on the porch in the morning sunlight, smoke cigarettes and take my antidepressants with a big cup of coffee and that's it. Maybe even listen to Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young with it.

October mood

#mood #GeorgeKuchar #cinemastodon #Halloween #Christmas #witches #directors #film

Director George Kuchar reads a newspaper. Front page headline: WITCHES ARE TRYING TO STEAL MY CHILD

To his right a jolly Coca-Cola Santa, above him a kitschy painting of I assume Veronice, holding up a cloth with the face of Jeebus. To his left a small bookcase with toy figurines of Donald Duck and Popeye. A gypsum mermaid and a fake crab complete the scene.

A black-and-white close-up portrait of a person with long, curly hair and a mustache. They are looking toward the right, with a hand resting gently on their forehead. The person is positioned next to a tree trunk, and the lighting creates a strong contrast between highlights and shadows.

This is a similar black-and-white portrait of the same person. In this shot, the individual is looking directly at the camera with a calm expression. Their hand remains on their forehead, and the composition retains the same high-contrast lighting and proximity to the tree trunk.

• In the Mood • #autumnsigns „Altweibersommer“ sounds somehow 'out of time'. However, photogenic a special #mood
that‘s Indian Summer.

A shrub with red, shiny berries, from which hangs a spider's web with dewdrops that sparkle in the light. In the background, blurred green and soft light. Typical signs of the beginning Indian summer.

I think, I know, I do not need the new 2027 version. I will wait what next.
I think they loose the market and come back to be soft for Photographers.
