#countryside #sunset #photography

Photograph of a rural landscape, showing a field with turned brown earth and some green shoots, partly in the shade of trees on the left and still in the sun on the right. In the foreground, a series of poles and electrical wires planted in a ditch bordering the field cross the photo, in the light of the sunset and against a sky that is still very blue. The ditch is almost in the dark and it is covered with green plants with yellow and white flowers.

Black and white macro photograph of an almost perfectly round, dark raindrop on the midrib of a paler leaf, with the other veins parallel horizontally. The drop acts as a lens, focusing the sunlight below it on the left, and as a mirror, reflecting the sun, a wrought-iron fence, the trees, and somewhere in the center, the photographer herself.

small things, double joy

#bloomscrolling #flowers #macro #photography

Macro photograph of a hydrangea flower that has fallen onto frozen ground in winter. The flower is upside down, revealing the underside of its four yellowish petals with their parallel veins. The flower is frozen and stuck to the greyish ice. White snow is visible behind it in the upper left corner.

two trees

#silentsunday #monochrome #blackandwhite #trees #photography

Black and white photograph of a winter landscape, showing a spruce tree on the left and a tree stripped of its leaves on the right, in a snowy field, with a snowmobile trail at their feet at the bottom of the photo. Behind, the snowfield rises and the long shadows of the forest are cast on the smooth surface, forming a curve of tree silhouettes in the upper left corner.
