Detox Doodles!

This is a habit of drawing something every time I feel the urge to scroll unnecessarily. It helps stop the bad habit and start a new good habit of sketching daily!

This page is all about ducks, who are just silly!

#art #duck #sketch #DetoxDoodles #sciart #InkArt

Photo of a sketchbook page of duck drawings in pink pen ink. There are 9 duck drawings on the page. The top of the page has the text 5/24/25 and DUCKS. Top left has a sleeping baby duck, then a duck with its butt in the air in water, and two drawings of ducklings. Below them is a huge round duck, and another duck with its legs in the air. On the bottom right is a long Indian Runner Duck (labeled), a flying duck, and a duck sticking its face up to the viewer.

It had come to that. #grickledoodle #duck #shame #consensus #cartoon #art #drawing #funny #humor

A cartoon illustration of a man placing an disgruntled looking duck in the middle of conference table. Caption reads "Gentlemen, since this board refuses to come to a consensus, I have no recourse but to place the duck of shame at the center of the meeting."

Some pretty ducks at the lake today.

Playing with framing up the image this time, just for something different. I think I like it - I might do it occasionally.

Caulfield Park, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

A close-up photograph of the head of a pacific black duck. It's head is in the centre of the shot. It has tan and black feathering, with alternating horizontal stripes. The top of its head is made up of black feathers, followed by tan and black feather stripes with a black feather stripe cutting through its eyeline, finally finishing with tan feathers under its head, along its neckline. From the side of its head running down its back is mottled tan and black feathers interleaved. Its beak is a black-ish colour but is slightly lighter than its black feathers. It has a brown eye with a black pupil. The image is square, and the beak is only partially visible in the photo. In the background is the water of the lake that the duck is in. Ripples are visible on the water emanating from where the duck's body is. The duck has a number of droplets of water on the top of its head.
