Hum. Using the webinterface on a tablet. My instance upgraded to v4.6.2 and now all photos in portrait mode look small and are aligned on the left instead of using all of the available space. Is that a known bug?

edited: It's only small in the timeline view, an individual post still looks ok...

I've posted this before in other instances. It's a digital photo I took using a macro lens of a nearly perfect web on a misty morning walk many years ago. I've always loved this photo and thought I'd share it here again. #Photography

A dreamy monochrome image of a spider web in the center net of which you can see some tiny little droplets of water. The web is a beautiful, nearly perfect web with some defects that add tenderness. The focus is sharper towards the upper half of the image, the part of the web that is farther away. The bottom have is more misty and in soft focus and full of bokeh.

The Survey Ship Farley, near Exoplanet 05843, first thought this was a normal comet. But once in range they found something strange. It’s a seed pod, from an interstellar flower. They are launched from this home planet into space. We assume they are launched to find other planets to germinate the seeds, but we have yet to find a planet that has been colonised. After being imported onto Exoplanet 74632, and the devastation they caused, they have been outlawed on all known planets.

This is a plant, or the seed pod of a plant. There is a green stem, and then there is a small round green ball. Sticking out of the ball are spines. They end in little hooks. I assume the tiny hooks are designed to hold onto fur and transport the seeds to far flung planets. There is a black background, so it could be in space. But probably not.

Sunrise in the Florida Everglades. The first light of morning was breaking through the pines, turning the sky warm gold while a thin layer of mist hovered over the wetlands below. I loved the layers in this scene—the silhouetted trees, soft haze and morning light slowly working its way through the landscape. A beautiful, quiet start to the day in the Everglades.

Sortir du village.
Marcher sur le sentier, chercher les coulées, les entrées de terriers.
Arriver sur le chemin boisé, ombragé et poursuivre sous l'arche des ormes, chênes et châtaigniers.
Regarder les feuilles tombantes et tombées. Écouter bruissements, piaillements. Lever les yeux. Attention aux bogues !
Le but, la finalité, la vue : respirer.
