#Photo #Photography #Monochrome #NoiretBlanc #BlackandWhite #bnw #darktable #NoGenAI #NoAI #bretagne #finistere

Woodland Breathes Gold. https://buff.ly/XKvLzOD

#photography #NaturePhotography #Landscape #WoodlandPhotography #IrishNature

A vertical, atmospheric photograph taken inside a dense woodland. Two massive, moss-covered tree trunks frame the foreground, their exposed root systems clutching a sloping earthen bank covered in fallen leaves. Soft morning sunlight filters down from the upper right through bright lime-green leaves, casting a warm golden glow across the forest floor and illuminating gentle patches of mist in the background. The scene is dominated by deep forest greens, earthy brown tones, and luminous spots of golden light, evoking a tranquil, timeless, and sheltered mood.

Syon House on the #ThamesPath – home to royalty living, dead and waiting (Henry VIII paused there on his way to burial, and Catherine Howard was taken from there to the Tower)

Kusatsu to uzdrowisko lokalne, ze znanymi źródłami geotermalnymi o aromacie siarkowodoru - w całym miasteczku delikatnie capi starym jajem:-) Ma to swój urok.

W centrum miasta są potężne „tężnie” gdzie woda płynie i „pachnie”. Można tam spotkać masę japończyków w klasycznych strojach.

An Oriental Whipsnake (Ahaetulla prasina) caught a Sun Skink (Eutropis multifasciata). The snake's skin stretches to reveal an interesting pattern as the prey is swallowed. Spotted at Dairy Farm Nature Park, Singapore on 27 Sept 2026.

On iNaturalist [ https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/403790184 ].

A thin, green snake with a brown skink caught in its mouth. The snake is hanging vertically downwards.

Another view of the snake. Here, the snake has manoeuvred it so it headfirst as it proceeds to swallow the skink. The skin on the snake's throat has begun to stretch to accommodate the skink.

The snake has swallowed the skink with only the tip of its tail visible. The skin behind the snake's head has stretched, showing a mosaic of black squares.

A wider angle view of the snake, showing the bulge where the body of the skink is located in the snake.
