Hey #believeinfilm friends,

I've been thinking of this app for over a year. Finally found a free Friday night to build it.

Flash ⚡️ Exposure Calculator is a simple, hand-coded tool for making perfect exposure with full manual control.

https://www.analog.cafe/app/flash-exposure-calculator

There are a lot of calculators like this, but I thought I could still improve on those designs with:

- Real apertures in half-stops
- Simple zone focusing distances
- Film-friendly ISO 1.5-6400
- Autosaved settings (no account)
- A mini-guide to advanced techniques

Hope you find it useful!

This little ocelot was not at all pleased that we'd found and put a light on him. We pretty quickly left him alone to carry on with his nightly business.

I was waiting for my wife as she browsed trinkets in an antique store and spotted this alleyway with old lamps between the buildings. Took the shot and thought nothing of it. I’m experimenting a lot with black and white shots. #blackandwhite #bnw #b&w #photography #street #streetphotography #travel #kent #england #history
