The Blue Picket Fence

📷️ Ricoh GRIIIX

#photography #photo #fotografie #color #ricoh #fence

This color photograph captures a fragment of a wooden fence painted in bright blue. The pickets have a rough, peeling texture, and their color sharply contrasts with the lush green vegetation in the background. Through the gaps in the fence and above it, blurred yellow and pink flowers are visible, creating a soft, painterly backdrop. A thin green branch with leaves intertwines with the blue board in the foreground, adding dynamism and naturalness to the frame. The image conveys the atmosphere of a summer garden, simplicity, and that special beauty that lives in bright colors and old things.

Something I've discovered in the last few days.

#autumn #sunflowers #photography #field

A sunflower can be seen in the foreground. The background is blurry, but you can see that it is standing in a field full of other sunflowers.

ALT

A close-up of one of the sunflowers. Also, there's another flower in purple—I think it's a vetch.

ALT

Another view of the sunflower field. The main focus is on a sunflower that is slightly covered by a leaf. Some of the vetch vines are next to the sunflower. In the blurred background, purple vetch blossoms and more yellow sunflower heads can be seen.

Romane S01E01

#photography #vernissage #darktable #France #Paris #portrait #Seine #people #woman #Romane #Concorde

I finally managed to find a model! It was weird to go back to portrait and I had to gather my bearings on directing a person. Fortunately, it wasn’t her first rodeo and she already learned a lot on posing :) But we could have done better if I was more directing on the other half of the shots 😅 Check her out! https://www.instagram.com/romane_model_
// Exif on post’s instance

Horizontal shot. A portrait of a young redhead woman, wearing a green top and we see a bit of brown skirt. She’s leaning on the fence of a bridge, lit by the afternoon sunlight. She’s smiling at the camera. Behind her, we can guess some monument and the Concorde obelisk

Anhaltende Grüße von Ursa Minor Beta, wo die Strandbars heute nicht gegen 5 Uhr schlossen, sondern gar nicht erst auf hatten.
Was mag geschehen sein?! 🤔

Back again with the Unknonwn camera, and so far no one has been able to identify it. I’ve cleaned the lens but it appears that there is still something inside the camera that is scratching the negatives - so that’s my task for the winter, fixing that issue.

Camera: Unknown 6 x 4.5 folder
Lens: Steinheil München Cassar 1:2.9 75mm
Film: Fomapan 200 (developed in 1+100 510 Pyro)

A double exposure of a clair up of a cast iron apples wheel from a traction engine and then and image of the reaction engine itself. In the top of the negatives are a number of deep scratches.

First time stacked some photos after 2015. Took 100 photos, aligned them, chose the best 50 frames, and stacked. Alignment was the trickiest part of the whole process.

Taking photos without a star tracker isn't a good idea apparently. I'll take a few second long video tomorrow and stack the frames. Let's see the results.
