Rocky Creek Bridge over the, you guessed it, Rocky Creek, Otter Crest Loop, Oregon

A scenic turnout along the Oregon Otter Crest Loop, with the gray basaltic lava flows dramatically dropping into the Pacific like long fingers reaching into the waves. The tops of the hills leading to the beach are covered with spruce and fir. The basalt splits to allow a creek to join the ocean, and a partly out of frame nicely arched concrete bridge spans the creek mouth on the right.
"Designed by renowned Oregon bridge engineer Conde McCullough and constructed in 1927, this concrete arch bridge spans 360 feet across a dramatic rocky gorge where Rocky Creek meets the Pacific Ocean."
The weather is rainy and misty, with vague blues at the horizon. The ocean is gray with white foam strands from the crashing high tide waves.
There are a few large houses on the other side. A great view regardless of the weather.
