Saw the glorious sunset on the west side of my terrace. Its the rage inside which seems to be scattered across sky tonight. What a lovely sight. So in the photograph, there is a spattering of orange red hues across the sky. Towards the left edge is a crow taking a flight somewhere. Canopy of someone's house in front is also visible. Sometimes melancholy leaves me breathless. Mary Oliver's lines I read before seeing this sight. Couldn't agree more.

El revelado monocromo acentúa el contraste entre las zonas claras (la luna y las bandas de nubes iluminadas) y las sombras profundas de los tejados y la propia cúpula. Esta elección estética refuerza el carácter atmosférico y casi pictórico de la imagen, resaltando las texturas de la piedra, la teja y la fundición metálica de la veleta por encima del color, y aportando una sensación de quietud nocturna a pesar de tratarse de una hora de atardecer.
