Strange little world

#mosstodon #raindrops #macro #photography

Macro photograph of a small clump of green moss and its fruiting stems, covered in raindrops during a downpour, highlighting red and orange, green and blue in the drops. At first glance, it's not clear what it is, giving a strange and somewhat abstract impression.

#pylon #photography and on popular (one person) demand: #jagodacore

I have no idea why this one looks so CGI despite being an analog photo, it gives me flashbacks to one time I modeled a transmission tower in blender and it looked like this. I guess fast shutter speed doesn't help.

#autumn #macro #monochrome #blackandwhite #photography

A black and white macro photograph of dried foliage on several stemns of a plant. The leaves are pointed and lanceolate, curled into loops due to dryness. Two of these loops are close together and are forming a heart shape on the left side of the photo. The edges and undersides of the leaves gleam slightly in the sunlight. The stems and leaves in the background are blurred.

In the garden's quiet heart, where time stands still, a cosmos flower shares its silent wisdom.

#SilentSunday #Photography #Photo #Picture #Pic #Italy #AutumnFlowers #Autumn

A close-up of a pristine white cosmos flower with ruffled petals and a golden center, standing on a slender green stem against a soft-focus background. Behind it, wooden beams of a pergola frame a view of an old stone arch, creating a serene garden scene with delicate depth.

I photographed this waterfall on a 2013 trip to Garvan Woodland Gardens in Hot Springs, Arkansas. When I went back a few months ago, the waterfall was barely more than a trickle.
