山登りは登りも辛いけれど下りが特につらい。太ももの筋肉も落ちているな。そりゃ、一ヶ月半も山に行かなければそうなる。
来月は北アルプスの予定も入っているので、少しずつ体を慣らしていかないといけないが、3末までは仕事で終わりそうだな。
