My photograph of two bright and colorful tropical fish made from wood which are hand painted.
The pretty ripples and water reflections I added with a digital software in Photoshop. A still life image made to come to life.

A black and white photograph of a section of the very dark ceiling of a skating arena, showing the fixed and hanging structures and lights, contrasting and creating an image composed of geometric shapes. A rail beneath the structure supporting the center of the ceiling forms an arc, hanging lights are vertical lines and points of light, sound panels are very white rectangles, spotlights are luminous circles, and a movable structure forms a horizontal line crossing the image almost directly in the center.

Black and white photograph of an underground metro station taken from a footbridge above the tracks. The photo is symmetrical, with the double rails in the center disappearing beneath a concrete arch structure, the boarding platforms, concrete walls and stairs on either side, and a cathedral-like ceiling from which cylindrical lights are suspended. The station name "Radisson" appears on the walls on either side.

A black and white photograph of the boarding platform of an underground subway station, showing the pale metal edge of the platform on the right, the dark, double tracks below in the center, and the opposite platform with pale floor tiles, a light strip on the ceiling, an advertising panel on the wall, and benches in the dim light. The photograph is taken at an angle, and the double tracks run from the lower left corner to the upper right, gleaming in the light and separating into their respective tunnels at the ends. The floors, lights, and tracks create lines that all converge on a point on the right in the center.

Portage along shallow water with my packraft. 🤠 The cargo - side tubes full of gear - is very practical for a long trip, but portage is harder. 😅

Black and white macro photograph of a dead and dried echinacea flower in winter, still clinging to its stem, taken from above. Its central cone with its diamond pattern no longer has seeds, which have been eaten by birds, and its tip is perforated and frayed in the center and in focus, while the crown of sepals is just below, like a skirt, not in focus.
